Human Resource Manager Examination (Level 2)

The HR Manager Examination is divided into four grades, from low to high: hr administrator, Assistant HR Manager, HR Manager and Senior HR Manager. The exam is divided into two papers: "theoretical knowledge" and "skill operation". There is also a paper writing in the second-level exam. The questions of "theoretical knowledge" are single, multiple-choice and judgment questions; The examination questions of Skill Operation include calculation analysis questions, case analysis questions and scheme design. The examination covers six parts: enterprise human resources planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, salary and welfare management, labor relations management and related basic knowledge.
