What is glass drawing?

In this method, powder made of glass components is heated and melted in a tank kiln to form highly uniform glass liquid, which is sent into a molding channel with many bushing plates and directly drawn into various continuous fibers with different linear densities. At present, it has become one of the main technological methods for mass production of glass fiber precursor at home and abroad.

After years of development and improvement, there are currently four types of 69- 1-A, b, c and A2, but their structures and working principles are basically the same.

C) Temperature control: There are four temperature control modes for the wire drawing furnace: constant pressure control, constant temperature control, variable temperature control and frequency conversion control.
