What is glass drawing?

Glass wire drawing is: surface wire drawing treatment is a kind of surface treatment means to form lines on the surface of workpiece by polishing products and play a decorative role. 2. Tank kiln: The production process of tank kiln wire drawing is that the precursor is formed once. In this method, powder made of glass components is heated and melted in a tank kiln to form highly uniform glass liquid, which is sent into a molding channel with many bushing plates and directly drawn into various continuous fibers with different linear densities. At present, it has become one of the main technological methods for mass production of glass fiber precursor at home and abroad.

After years of development and improvement, there are currently four types of 69- 1-A, b, c and A2, but their structures and working principles are basically the same.

A) Power supply: The power supply of wire drawing machine is divided into several parts, such as electrofusion, bushing, liquid level control and wire drawing machine.

B) In production, according to the liquid level height of the wire drawing furnace, the ball adding amount is controlled, and the ball flows out of the leakage nozzle to be evenly replenished, so as to keep the liquid level height stable.

C) Temperature control: There are four temperature control modes for the wire drawing furnace: constant pressure control, constant temperature control, variable temperature control and frequency conversion control.
