3. Job seekers with poor sales performance

Pharmacies need to look at the sales performance of employees. Pharmacy employees must be eloquent and patient, but customers also buy products according to their own needs. Internship sales are usually impossible, and it is difficult to have good sales performance, which also leads job seekers to be afraid of the pressure of this performance.

4. Pre-job training

Pharmacy staff must be familiar with and remember the location of each drug before taking up their posts, and should also be familiar with some commonly used pharmacology. Some pharmacies will attend etiquette training in order to better serve customers.

5. Gender reasons

You may have found that besides professional doctors and other ordinary employees, middle-aged women also work in pharmacies, so this is one reason. The number of job seekers is directly halved, and middle-aged women have families and children to take care of. The effect of recruitment can be imagined.

6. When the old man is gone, the new one will not come.

Every drugstore has many employees, but the lack of management can easily lead to friction among colleagues, making work difficult, and many people don't do anything, so some clerks choose to leave, while newcomers don't want to come, resulting in an unattractive situation.
