Starting from today, the ex-factory price of diesel oil supplied by PetroChina will be increased by 150 yuan per ton, that is, the standard diesel oil will be adjusted from 3,320 yuan to 3,470 yuan per ton. The ex-factory price of diesel oil will be adjusted according to the formation mechanism of ex-factory price of refined oil in 2005. This adjustment is in line with the national price adjustment quota, and the standard price of diesel oil is increased per ton 150 yuan. After adjustment, the 0# diesel oil of Northeast Dalian Petrochemical Company is 3,652 yuan per ton, the 0# diesel oil of North China Refinery is 3,687 yuan per ton, and the 0# diesel oil of Northwest Lanzhou Petrochemical Company is 3,685 yuan per ton (see attached table for prices of other refineries). The ex-factory price of diesel oil in local refineries is adjusted accordingly according to the national price adjustment range.

The retail median price of 0# diesel oil in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government within the jurisdiction of Sinopec is raised by 150 tons per ton, and the specific retail price can be raised by up to 8% on the basis of the adjusted median price. In the price sharing area, except for the central cities of provinces and cities, the retail prices of other price areas are adjusted in the same range as the central cities according to the provisions of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the wholesale price is determined according to the zero difference rate of 5.5% of the specific retail price after the increase. The price of diesel oil for fishing boats shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the National Development and Reform Commission and the adjusted intermediate price, and will not rise for the time being. In the sales area, the price of diesel oil for the company's army and national reserve will be increased by 150 yuan/ton, and the price of diesel oil for the three special users of agriculture, forestry and land reclamation will be adjusted according to the price of diesel oil for the army, while the price of diesel oil for other special users will be increased by 8% on the basis of the ex-factory price of diesel oil for the army adjusted after consultation with users. The unified settlement price of 0# diesel oil delivered by the refinery to the sales company is raised 150 yuan/ton.
