What's the experience of being a teacher in an international school?

International schools pay more attention to the interaction between teachers and students. In fact, it is not easy to join SIC Cambridge.

Before I went to Cambridge for an interview, I submitted resumes from many schools, mostly to international high schools with recruitment needs. Because I am a job-seeking English teacher, the interviewer is basically the head of the English teaching and research group. Their requirements for high school English teachers must first be graduate students from well-known overseas schools, at least 100 before QS.

Of course, undergraduate schools are also a standard for assessment. If you are in two or three universities or unknown foreign schools, you may not be able to pass your resume.

Children in international schools are generally more individual, and they will express their ideas directly to their teachers. Unlike public schools, everyone thinks that teachers are far away and dare not approach.

Although most students in international schools have very good family conditions, in fact, their clothes and shoes may be more expensive, and their parents will buy them some expensive things, but when everyone has these things, they will get used to it.

Others are no different from ordinary students. They will also go to the roadside stall outside the school to buy cheap snacks after class, and they will feel very sad when they are criticized by the teacher. If they don't do well in the exam, they will come to the teacher and cry secretly.

As for the students' personality, I think I dare say. Not as depressing as public schools. There are many classmates who have a good relationship with me. They are willing to tell me their situation. Maybe I am from an international school myself, so I can better understand some of their ideas.

For example, girls who want to dye their hair and make up will also come to communicate with their teachers.
