What is the duty of a plastic product shaper?

(1) Operate the extruder and auxiliary machines to produce plastic products such as pipes, materials and belts;

(2) Operating injection molding machines to produce industrial plastic fittings and daily-use plastic products;

(3) operating the calender and auxiliary machines to produce plastic products such as plastic film and artificial leather;

(4) operating a press to produce plastic products such as laminated bakelite;

(5) operating special equipment to produce polystyrene foam plastic products;

(6) operating special equipment to produce polyurethane foam plastic products;

(7) putting the sintering raw materials into a mold according to a certain amount, pressing into a mold blank, and putting into a sintering furnace to sinter into industrial plastic products such as polytetrafluoroethylene;

(8) pouring the ingredients into a special mold and casting into plastic products such as pipes and materials;

(9) The plastic blank is made into plastic products according to different requirements.
