"Talent Card" is for all kinds of talents who start their own businesses in Zhuhai and pay social insurance or personal income tax according to law. Specific as follows

1. Selected as a high-level talent in Zhuhai.

2. Foreign high-end talents who meet the standards in Items (1) and (2) of the Classification Standard for Foreigners Working in China (Class A) and hold the Work Permit for Foreigners.

I. Conditions for introduction

(1) Having China nationality.

(2) Having good political quality and moral conduct, as well as physical condition, psychological quality and working ability that meet the requirements for the normal performance of duties of the post.

(3) Full-time doctoral students from famous foreign universities, domestic "double-class" universities or former 985, 21/engineering colleges.

(four) with the deputy senior professional and technical titles and under the age of 40. With senior professional and technical titles, the age can be relaxed to 45 years old. The age is calculated to June 30th, 202 1 year.

(five) currently working in government agencies and institutions, and the annual assessment results of the previous year are competent (qualified) and above.

(four) according to the law is listed as a joint disciplinary object of dishonesty.

(five) to work in a directional unit under the service life.
