20 14 Announcement of Recruiting Mediators for People's Mediation Committee of Medical Disputes in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province

Shangyu District People's Mediation Committee for Medical Disputes (hereinafter referred to as Shangyu District Medical Mediation Committee) is a professional people's mediation organization for mediating doctor-patient disputes. Now, due to the need of work, I decided to openly recruit 1 mediator for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment conditions

1, with a college degree or above and relevant legal expertise.

2. Healthy, aged between 30 and 50, registered in Shangyu.

3, decent style, fair, with strong communication skills and mediation ability, enthusiastic mediation work.

Second, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

1. Registration time: February 24-28 at 20 14 (8: 30 am-12: 00 pm,14: 00 pm-17: 00 pm).

3. Application materials: application form (please download it on the website), original and copy of my ID card, residence booklet and academic certificate 1 copy, and a recent 2-inch photo.

The information should be true and accurate. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified once verified.

(2) written test: the written test is determined according to the registration situation. If the number of applicants exceeds 8, a written test will be organized. If the number of applicants is less than 8 (including 8), they will directly enter the interview. The full mark of the test score is 100, which is calculated into the total score by 40% conversion. The examination time will be announced separately. Applicants should take the original ID card to take the written test.

(3) Interview: According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewers are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of interviewers 1:3. The full score of the interview is 100, which is included in the total score according to 60% conversion. The interview time will be announced separately. Applicants should bring the original ID card to the interview.

(4) Investigation and employment: those who pass the interview need to provide hospital health certificates, and those who pass the interview will be investigated and tried after the investigation. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be replenished in turn according to the total score.

Third, the remuneration package.

After recruitment, the probation period is three months. At the end of the probation period, the medical commission will go through the appointment procedures and assess once a year. The medical commission has the right to dismiss those who fail to pass the examination, and the economic treatment will refer to the treatment of mediators of various professional commissions.
