2. Recruitment conditions 1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good conduct, obey laws and regulations, love the radio and television industry, and have good professional ethics and professionalism.

2. TV announcers are required to have a college degree or above; male, under 35 years old (age calculation deadline: October 31, 2009, the same below), good appearance, good image and temperament, and speaking Mandarin. Professional level one or above, with certain ability to edit, broadcast and host large-scale programs, Chinese nationality, no geographical restrictions.

3. On-location host and reporter are required to have a full-time undergraduate degree or above (journalism, Chinese language and literature majors can be relaxed to full-time junior college), strong writing and oral expression skills, cheerful personality, and be under 30 years old Under the age of 1, there is no restriction on gender, Chinese nationality, and no restriction on region.

3. Recruitment Methods

Implement the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, adhere to the employment standards of both ability and political integrity, and adopt the method of open registration, unified examination, strict inspection, and merit-based recruitment. 2. Qualification review and payment.

Applicants should register accordingly according to the recruitment position and professional requirements. On-site applicants will bring relevant materials and undergo qualification review on site. Applicants who pass the qualification review will pay an examination fee of 80 yuan. Online applicants from other places will undergo an online preliminary review of qualifications, and the results of the preliminary review will be notified via email reply.

3. Receive the admission ticket.

On-site applicants who have passed the qualification review will go to the county radio and television station to receive their admission tickets on December 11, 2009. Foreign online applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification review should bring the originals and copies of their ID card, graduation certificate, Mandarin proficiency certificate, and two recent 2-inch color photos without a hat to the county radio and television station for qualification review. 4. Notes

①The ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent. Each applicant is limited to one position.

②Applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the personal information and materials submitted. Anyone who provides false information and materials to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the examination or employment qualification once verified.

③ If the ratio of the number of applicants for recruitment positions to the planned number is less than 5:1, the recruitment plan will be canceled or reduced.

(3) Examination method: This examination is conducted in two parts: preliminary examination and re-examination.

1. TV anchor:

(1) Preliminary test: This session is conducted in the form of a one-minute manuscript reading. It mainly tests the candidate’s Mandarin proficiency, appearance, temperament and other comprehensive performance. The re-examination will be entered based on the score of 1:5, and the preliminary examination results will not be carried into the re-examination;

(2) Re-examination: This link will be conducted in the form of simulated exit, mainly testing the candidates' professional broadcasting ability and camera performance. The score is 1:1 for shortlisting for physical examination.

2. On-location host and reporter:

(1) Preliminary test: This session is conducted in the form of a simulated interview, which mainly tests the candidate's writing ability, language organization and expression ability, and appearance. Performance will be entered into the re-examination according to the score of 1:5, and the preliminary examination results will not be carried into the re-examination;

(2) Re-examination: This link is conducted by writing an article, mainly testing the interviewing ability and written expression ability of the candidates. The candidates will be shortlisted for the physical examination based on their scores on a 1:1 basis.

(4) Physical examination and inspection

1. Physical examination: refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" forwarded by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Personnel and the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Health to the Ministry of Personnel The relevant provisions of "Notice" (Zhe Renggong [2005] No. 68) shall be implemented; the time for the physical examination will be notified separately, and the conclusion of the physical examination shall be subject to the designated hospital.

2. Inspection: Follow the relevant provisions of the "Zhejiang Provincial Civil Servant Recruitment and Inspection Work Rules (Trial)" (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No. 58).

Those who fail the physical examination or inspection or voluntarily give up their employment qualifications will be replaced among the qualified candidates for the position in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the re-examination.

(5) Recruitment

After examination, physical examination, and assessment, the recruiting unit will determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the recruitment plan from high scores to low scores among the qualified personnel. After approval, the Bureau of Personnel, Labor and Social Security will handle relevant procedures such as signing of employment contracts, implementation of household registration, transfer of personnel relations, social insurance and wage determination. A probation period (trainee period) system is implemented in accordance with regulations. The probation period (trainee period) is included in the employment contract period (6 months for social workers, 1 year for fresh graduates from college and technical secondary schools, and 6 months for master's degree or above). Those who pass the probation period (trainee period) will be formally employed; those who fail to pass will be cancelled.

1. Newly hired personnel must serve in Yunhe County for at least five years (including probation period).
