1. First, HR will screen out qualified applicants based on their resumes and recruitment requirements.

2. After resume screening, HR will arrange an interview. The interview will be online or offline, depending on the situation.

3. Secondly, during the interview process, the interviewer will ask the applicant about the relevant questions and requirements of the position and understand the applicant's background and ability.

4. After the final interview, if the applicant is hired, HR will issue an offer to the applicant.
