Did Shanghai institutions recruit security guards?

According to the Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Shanghai and the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, some public institutions in this city openly recruit a group of staff for the society. Registration and written examination are organized and implemented by Shanghai Vocational Ability Examination Institute and relevant district human resources and social security bureaus.
