(3) The situation of pigment particles: When pigments, fillers and other substances are added in ink making, the volatilization speed of the solvent is greatly reduced. The finer the pigment particles, the larger the surface area and the slower the solvent volatilization. (4) Influence of environmental temperature and humidity: The higher the room temperature in the printing workshop, the faster the solvent volatilizes; otherwise, it is slow, the indoor air circulates and the solvent volatilizes quickly. If the room is relatively closed, the solvent will evaporate slowly. Therefore, high-speed gravure or flexographic printing machines are equipped with heating and exhaust devices.
