Interviewers need to submit relevant paper materials. The school organizes qualification examination to verify the authenticity and validity of the submitted materials. Those who fail to submit paper materials shall be deemed to have abstained, and those who fail to meet the registration requirements after examination shall be disqualified from the interview. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in equal amount from candidates who have achieved written test scores. If there are vacancies in the number of qualified written tests, the recruitment will be cancelled; Not up to the prescribed proportion, determined according to the actual number of qualified people.
After the interview, the total test score will be synthesized according to the percentage of written test score and interview score of 50% respectively. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. If the interviewer fails to reach the required proportion of the post, the interview qualified score line can be set. If the total scores of candidates in the same recruitment position are tied, the candidates will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low.
