The factory has 4000 tons of hydraulic press, imported steel pretreatment line, automobile painting manipulator, direct reading spectrum analyzer and a large number of digital display and numerical control equipment and other large-scale specialized production and measurement detection equipment, and has popularized and applied advanced manufacturing technologies and processes such as argon-rich gas shielded welding, numerical control underwater plasma cutting, numerical control laser cutting machine, numerical control bending machine, welding manipulator and automatic control heat treatment line, forming a strong supporting production capacity. The application of three-dimensional CAD and CAE technology and the use of new vehicle parameter testing equipment have laid a solid foundation for developing new products of railway freight cars with high technology content and high cost performance. The factory passed the 2000 edition of ISO900 1 quality system certification and ISO 1400 1 environmental management system certification, forming a perfect quality assurance system and after-sales service system.
