Personnel Training of Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital

The hospital regards the construction of talent echelon as one of the important strategies, and openly recruits discipline leaders nationwide and systematically. Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology has 6 doctoral students 105 master students105 chief physician1person, 50 deputy chief physicians and 5 part-time professors and associate professors. Twenty-two people serve in various professional committees in China, Beijing and Haidian District. Among them, there are 17 municipal members and 5 Haidian district members.

In 2006, the hospital became the teaching hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and in 2008, it co-organized a postgraduate class on children and adolescents' health and maternal and child health care with Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It is the base of continuing education and medical care in Haidian District, which undertakes the organization and teaching tasks of undergraduate maternal and child interns and postgraduate courses. In the past five years, * * * has received a total of 470 students from various provinces and cities, won 83 financial support from municipal and district scientific research projects, and published 37 papers1article. Every year, nearly 10 advanced technologies are popularized and applied in hospitals in the whole city, which promotes the continuous improvement of the overall strength of hospitals.

Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, as an important carrier of maternal and child health work in its jurisdiction, gives full play to the "leading" role of maternal and child health network, actively implements various tasks of maternal and child health work required by the government, and ensures the continuous improvement of the health level of women and children in its jurisdiction. At the same time, based on the needs of maternal and child health care of the masses, we actively explored and innovated the service model of maternal and child health care institutions, and many indicators of regional maternal and child health care reached the domestic advanced level, close to the level of moderately developed countries.
