Walking into the factory, I saw a clean environment and orderly working procedures. (a) Selection of pigments
The most commonly used pigments in the factory are all advanced in the world, and most of them are imported from abroad, which is also the reason why our quotation is higher than that of domestic manufacturers-it is precisely "a penny for a penny".

2. Are the three primary colors of pigment and printing the same?
The answer is different. Theoretically, it should be the same, but once it is actually printed, it will involve the material problem, so not only the name is different (this reason will not be discussed), but also the actual material is different.
The so-called tricolor is just a conceptual term in the theory of artistic color. In the final analysis, that is the three primary colors that are actually applied in various fields. This is the practical part. What pigment is used? It is not difficult for us to understand that the same manuscript, different printing houses and different brands of printers have different final results. Micromanipulation is certainly different, but one thing is certain. Different companies implement different chromatographic standards. Therefore, to sum up, theory is only the guidance of practice, and various methods to realize theory are not the same, which leads to the knowledge of pigment materials.
With the development of science and technology, human beings can constantly update materials. Now we can only say the names of magenta, magenta and yellow, behind which is the secret pigment formula, which directly leads to the brightness (saturation) and transparency of the pigment (directly related to whether the intermediate color is bright and pure in the mixed color mode). This problem is actually the theoretical name of color and the actual material of color, even if we say yellow, lemon yellow and cadmium yellow. Therefore, during the internship, we are all required to wear work clothes and masks like regular employees.
