Construction steps of stone dry hanging

Dry hanging of stone materials shall be constructed in strict accordance with the drawings. During the construction of steel frame, the holes in the ceiling plate can be enlarged appropriately, so that the plates can be fine-tuned when they are in place.

Check size

Check the size of the hole in place, and determine the drilling position on the back of the plate and the pin hole position on the side through lofting.

Drill two holes with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of 30mm on the side of the material. The drilling diameter on the back of the plate is 10mm, and the drilling depth is 40mm with locating pins. Four holes are drilled on each plate.

Remove the dust in the borehole and inject an appropriate amount of AB glue into the borehole; Cut the length of the expansion tube into 4? (This work can be done in advance), then find the expansion bolt and use the casing to drive the expansion pipe into the hole until it is flush with the slate; Fasten with flat pad, spring washer and nut.

Hanging board

After the hanging plate is in place, first install the first plate, and adjust and fix it with the hanging wire and the supporting plate; Then install side fasteners and pins; Then install the second plate, align the side hole pin and bolt fixing hole, and fasten it with flat washer, spring washer and nut after adjustment. The remaining plates should be installed in this way.
