202 1 Hebei special post teacher registration conditions (refer to Hebei special post teacher recruitment conditions in 2020)

(1) Recruitment Target

1. Full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above.

2. Graduates (or students) of full-time normal colleges with household registration in Hebei Province (excluding early education and preschool education graduates).

(2) Basic conditions

1. Adhere to the party's line, principles and policies, love education, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, have good conduct, and have no violations of laws and regulations, consciously abide by the ten norms of teachers' professional behavior in the new period, be a model, and volunteer to serve rural compulsory education.

2. Not more than 30 years old (born after 1 June 19901day), unemployed or having terminated the labor (employment) contract with the original unit.

3. Junior high school teachers must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and primary school teachers must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above or a full-time teacher's college degree. According to the post requirements of Shegang County, primary school teachers with a "★" post are required to have a full-time undergraduate degree or above.

4. Relevant requirements of teacher qualification certificate

(1) Candidates who have obtained junior high school or senior high school teacher qualification certificates can apply for junior high school positions, and the subjects of the positions they apply for should be consistent with the subjects taught by their teacher qualification certificates. Candidates who have obtained the qualification certificates of primary school, junior high school and senior high school teachers can apply for primary school posts. In addition to applying for primary school physical education, music, art and English posts, the teaching disciplines with teacher qualification certificates should be consistent with the post disciplines, and other posts are not limited to the teaching disciplines with teacher qualification certificates. The qualifications of culture teachers in secondary vocational schools and senior middle school teachers are universal, and they can apply for corresponding positions according to the qualifications of senior middle school teachers. The qualifications of teachers in other secondary vocational schools do not meet the post requirements.

(2) Candidates who have obtained the certificate of qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers can apply for corresponding positions according to the cycle and subject on the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the requirements in the above (1).

(3) According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Education and other seven ministries and commissions on implementing phased measures of "taking posts first and then conducting textual research" on some professional qualifications in response to the impact of COVID-19 epidemic (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2020] No.24), it meets the requirements of registration for the teacher qualification examination and qualification recognition for teachers. College graduates who have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate (referring to the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2020 and the graduates of 20 18 and 20 19 who have not yet implemented their work units) can apply for special post teachers first, and then conduct textual research after their entry, but their graduation certificate majors must be consistent with or similar to the disciplines of the positions they apply for, and the specific post disciplines and related professional requirements are determined by the cities where each post county is located.

Candidates in the above situations (2) and (3) must obtain the teacher qualification certificate that meets the post and discipline requirements within one year after obtaining the appointment qualification of special post teachers in our province in 2020, with a probation period of 1 year. Anyone who fails to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within the specified time shall terminate the employment contract according to laws and regulations.
