Weifang talent subsidy policy: give top entrepreneurs a living allowance of up to 5 million yuan and leading talents of up to 3 million yuan for a maximum period of 4 years. It is paid every year according to the proportion of 60% of the total annual salary actually paid by the employer. For scientists and top talents who are introduced full-time, the maximum living allowance is 5 million yuan, the project subsidy is 50 million yuan, and the government innovation and venture capital guidance fund is 654.38+0 billion yuan.

First, the scope and quantity of selection and adjustment.

It is planned to transfer 500 students (see Annex 1 for specific positions), including 300 outstanding full-time undergraduate and above graduates from domestic "double-first-class" universities (42 first-class universities and 98 first-class discipline construction universities) and the top 200 universities in QS University Rankings in 20021year (see Annex 2 for the list of universities); We will select 200 fresh graduates with full-time undergraduate degree or above in 20021year for colleges and universities nationwide.

Since 20 17, the enrollment plan has been issued by the state. Part-time graduate students implement the same policies and standards as the examination enrollment, and can apply for qualified positions.

Second, qualifications.

(8) To apply for Weifang municipal institutions, one of the following conditions must be met: ① Top 200 college graduates in QS in 20265438+0; (2) Graduates of domestic "double-class" colleges and universities, who have been * * * party member or served as student cadres for more than half a year, or have won the honorary title of junior college or above, outstanding graduates, outstanding graduate students and outstanding * * * Communist Youth League members; (3) 202 1 fresh graduates of national colleges and universities, and * * * party member has served as a student cadre for more than half a year.
