Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and have been dismissed from public office, as well as other persons who are not suitable for grass-roots public security management, shall not be employed.

Three. Recruitment methods and procedures

Fourth, employment management.

The District Public Security Bureau and the Talent Exchange Center of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau signed a management agreement on the use of entrusted personnel agents, clarifying the functions, rights and obligations of both parties. The talent exchange center of the District People's Social Security Bureau implements personnel agency, signs employment contracts, and township staff retain their original identities during the employment period. The district public security bureau is responsible for arranging jobs and daily use management and assessment. The term of signing the contract for the first time is three years and the probation period is three months, which is included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period will be formally employed; Unqualified, terminate the employment contract. After the contract expires, it will be renewed according to the assessment and specific needs.

The salary of employed personnel will increase by 20% on the basis of this year's public welfare post salary standard, and will be adjusted with the adjustment of public welfare post salary standard. Disciplinary clause of intransitive verbs

Anyone who fails to receive the written test admission ticket, physical fitness test and interview admission ticket within the specified time and fails to participate in the written test, interview, physical fitness test, political examination and physical examination as required shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
