(3) College graduates who participated in the national and local project of "College Students Volunteer Service in the West": they were recruited by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Communist Youth League committees of various states (cities) in 20 14 years (with a service period of three years), 20 15 years and 20 16 years. College graduates recruited by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China and the Communist Youth League committees of various states (cities) in 20 17 passed the annual assessment and still participated in the national and local projects of the "Western Plan" as of April 19.
