Let me report to you the basic situation of the kindergarten and the parental work I have done:

Yuxin Kindergarten, founded in 1953, is a first-class kindergarten in Fuyang. The kindergarten has 24 classes, 1300 children and 3 administrative leaders. Over the years, with the care, help and support of leaders at all levels and the joint efforts of all employees and parents, kindergartens have developed steadily. At the same time, I am honored to be commended by provinces, cities and counties and won many honorary titles.

Our kindergarten parent school was founded in 1989, and 199 1 was rated as an excellent parent school in the province. Although it has been brilliant, with the continuous updating and changes of the concept of preschool education reform, the traditional teaching methods and management concepts can no longer meet the needs of education, so we must change our concepts and explore new teaching models. I think the development process of our kindergarten parents' work can be divided into three stages:

First, standardize education management and lead teaching with characteristics.

The quality of education and teaching is the first lifeline of school development. In order to improve the quality of education and teaching, under the guidance of the idea of running a garden with children as the center, our garden has carried out various teaching and research and teaching reform activities while strictly grasping the routine management of teaching. For example, teachers in the whole park participate in teacher grinding activities, and each teacher has a training class. After class, they discuss exchange classes in groups of different grades, analyze problems and study methods. Send young backbone teachers to model kindergartens and large kindergartens to learn advanced teaching concepts and methods. Our garden arranges 8 students from Kaili College to practice in our garden every year. In order to ensure the healthy growth of children, the health care work in our park adheres to the policy of putting prevention first, strictly implements the sanitation and disinfection system every day, disinfects the articles that children come into contact with in time, keeps the ground clean, and ensures the cleanliness of the class environment.
