Now I should be positioned as a draftsman, because what I learned in school is to understand software, and the exam is also a theoretical basis. I will really encounter a lot of problems at work! Without the support of design concepts and construction techniques, my drawing performance was always not very good, which put me into a difficult situation in life. Because of my poor work ability, I could not raise my salary, and I could not develop my personality charm. , the entire career development has encountered obstacles, so you have to constantly change according to your own abilities and the environment!

My understanding of the interior design industry

Market situation

In 2013, there were more than 200,000 interior design professionals in my country, and it is still growing. According to industry insiders, the income of professional interior designers generally takes the form of basic salary plus commission. The design fee commission is generally between 2-10% of the entire decoration project cost. The basic income is generally not too high, with a basic salary of around 1,500-4,500. Taking Kunming as an example, the annual salary of a truly capable designer is around 200,000 to 300,000 yuan. For more important roles such as design director and project design leader, the annual income can reach hundreds of thousands of yuan or more. Due to the huge market demand, interior designers are relatively popular in the market and have been called "golden gray collars".

Basic requirements

7 Responsibilities - The designer should learn as much as possible about the customer's occupation, preferences, functions required by the owner and style pursued through negotiations with the customer and on-site inspections.

5. When the customer requires a budget estimate, it should be strictly based on the quotation (items not on the quotation must be approved by the company's technical and economic department).

6. Customers must not be allowed to change heating or gas pipelines during consultation.

7. After the customer agrees to entrust our company to decorate, he will charge a room fee of 500 yuan and a service fee of 20 yuan (deducted from the final payment of the project), and issue a company receipt to the customer. Idle notes are strictly prohibited.
