Teachers in Wuhan Optics Valley No.2 Primary School

Some teachers in the school come from the primary school attached to China Normal University, and some are recruited by the society. Among the teachers recruited, some are from brother schools in Donghu Development Zone, and some are from in-service teachers of other schools and recent college graduates. Recruited teachers implement the personnel agency system. At present, the school has 56 full-time teaching and administrative staff, including 3 senior middle school teachers, 39 senior primary school teachers, 12 other teachers, 1 provincial special-grade teacher, 2 provincial backbone teachers, 1 municipal outstanding young teacher, 6 district academic leaders and 1 district outstanding young teacher. All faculty members have college education or above, including 3 graduate students and 39 undergraduate students. Bachelor degree or above is 7%. In addition, there are 2 exchange teachers in the district.
