(3) The school organizes and implements a thorough investigation, summary and preliminary examination. The children of migrant workers attend the registration and preliminary examination at the school designated by the District Bureau with the "three certificates", and the students in the school district register at the school with relevant materials according to the time announced by the school. Schools should strictly control the preliminary examination, do a good job in publicity and other work in accordance with the regulations, and ensure that students in the school district enter school on time (before August 20-25).

2. District Bureau audit: audit the implementation of enrollment plans and registration information of towns and schools.
