What does an ink manufacturer do?

Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) operate the heating reaction tank to synthesize chemical raw materials into synthetic resin or adhesive for producing ink;

(2) operating diazotization, coupling, rinsing, drying and grinding equipment, and processing pigment intermediates into various pigments for producing ink;

(3) operating a blender to mix ink binders, pigments and additives to prepare coarse ink products;

(4) Operate the kneader to knead the adhesive, wet paste pigment, additives, etc. Extrude water to make various ink base materials;

(5) operating a three-roll grinder, a ball mill or a sand mill to grind the prepared original ink or base material into various inks.
