"Special post" is specially set up for college graduates who have passed the service expiration assessment, participated in the "three supports and one support" plan organized and implemented by Fujian Province (including districts and cities), "volunteered to serve the western region (including postgraduate education groups)" and "volunteered to serve underdeveloped areas", and those who have passed the service expiration assessment of the above projects organized and implemented outside Fujian Province. Those who have served for two years or more can apply for all specialized positions; After one year's service, you can apply for special positions such as county (district), town, prison and reeducation through labor. Those who apply for specialized positions will no longer enjoy extra points.

Civil servants refer to staff members who perform public duties according to law and are included in the state administrative establishment, and their wages and benefits are borne by the state finance. According to the nature, characteristics and management needs of positions, civil servant positions are divided into comprehensive management, professional technology and administrative law enforcement. In the State Council, according to the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), other job categories can be added for those who have special positions and need to be managed separately.

Conditions for civil servants to apply:

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) can be relaxed to under 40 years old;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) Having good conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(7) Having a college degree or above;

(8) Having other qualifications required by the competent department of civil servants.
