How about Beijing Huicheng Law Firm?

Huicheng Law Firm, in an interview. Really can't get on the table.

It can be described as nonsense.

I will briefly introduce this interview there today, and you will know how despicable this company is.

I went for an interview last Tuesday.

There are two personnel girls on the first side, who have a good attitude and feel that they are more serious about their work.

It seems to be going well. I met their boss directly: Fan Shiwen, please remember this name, which will be mentioned many times below.

Without saying a few words, General Fan sincerely said to me: I am quite satisfied with you. Tell you what, come to my place for a meeting in a couple of days to see if you are interested in our project, so that we can consider whether you are suitable.

Actually, I still think it's good to interview here. I'm sure this boss is more recognized by me. Even if I can't come, I will get a little affirmation. I won't be depressed, will I?

Then I left. When I got home, I received a WeChat from HR and said to me: Let me write a strategic plan for market operation (you are very good and have a strategic vision). And send it to her.

At this time, my heart is a little worried. Did you write a plan again? Is there something fishy in this? Will you ignore me when you finish writing? I'm a little confused.

Therefore, based on the attitude of being responsible for personnel: I seriously talked to her, and I said, if you want to make a plan, forget it. If I really want to recruit people, I will write it. (Ha ha, did you see it? Am I naive?

So, I wrote, and I wrote all day.

Here, I want to make it clear that it is necessary to write some strategic plans without being particularly specific. Moreover, I have never been involved in the legal industry, so this plan is to make an operation plan for each platform of the company based on my previous experience (of course, it is not specific, to be honest, it is impossible to be specific).

Then the next day, the personnel informed me to go for a second interview a day later. The second interview is the form of a speech (yes, you heard it right, it's a speech), and you said it was wonderful.

The interviewer helps others write the plan and then gives a speech to others? Do you think I am an idiot now? But at that time, based on this situation, I really wanted to get this job, so I prepared a half-night. There's nothing I can do. Who can make us honest?

I thought the boss was the only one at the time of the speech, but the boss found two people (obviously from the marketing department) to know the supervisor. Let's discuss it together.

I thought we were just discussing. As a result, listen to me alone. I told them all these operating methods and contents without reservation.

After the speech, one of the men pointed to my ppt and told me, I don't need these, I need something specific, specific to each operation point. How to do every job well.

I thought to myself, I only have two days from the interview to the speech, and I need to be specific.

Then let me wait for a while, the personnel will inform me in half an hour and give me an answer within two working days. In fact, up to now, I have a premonition of being cheated.

As expected, I was told by the personnel on Monday that I was not admitted. In fact, on second thought, I was taken in by Huicheng Law Firm.

Through this incident, I summed up some experiences to share with you.

First, after the interview, let the company that wrote the plan try to let him play with eggs.

There must be very few companies that are particularly formal in doing so. This situation is either a set of your plans or a prevarication. There is no good result.

Second, even if the plan is written, it only says some strategic contents.

If it is particularly specific, it is nonsense, because a job seeker doesn't know the company at all, how can he write targeted operational details? It's total nonsense.

Thirdly, Huicheng Law Firm is an unscrupulous enterprise.

Whether an enterprise is good or not can be seen from the way it does things. Think about it. That's what interviewers do. Can they be kind to customers?

I just described my experience, without any exaggeration.

If you want to interview or join this company, I hope you are careful.

Of course, you can also disagree and don't complain if you get stuck.
