?Recently, the third preparatory meeting of Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce was held in the conference room on the second floor of Tangcai Paint Company in Gaoming District. With the care and concern of the enthusiastic folks, the meeting achieved fruitful results and reached a lot of consensus.

?The representatives of this meeting are Xinning fellow villagers from the five districts of Foshan. 15 people registered for the meeting, and 14 people actually showed up.

?The third preparatory meeting of Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce established the name of the chamber of commerce as "Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce", and the registered venue was tentatively designated as "Dali Town, Nanhai District" by a show of hands. . Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce will further expand the influence of the Xinning Association on the basis of continuing the role of the "Xinning Association". With the purpose of gathering the folks of Xinning and serving the folks of Xinning, we serve the chamber of commerce, enterprises, members and fellow villagers.

At the meeting, all representatives spoke one after another and offered suggestions for the preparation and development of the chamber of commerce, and the atmosphere was warm. When talking about the nature of the Foshan and Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce in its early days, everyone unanimously recognized that the Chamber of Commerce was a "service-oriented organization" in the early days, continuing and carrying forward the Xinning Association's "all people drink Fuyi water, and we are all Xinning people" spirit.

?This meeting decided that the chamber of commerce’s preparatory work will hold a regular meeting once a month. The content of the meeting will be to summarize and review the progress of last month’s work and deploy the next work tasks. In order to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the fellows of the preparatory working group of the five districts of Foshan, it was decided at this meeting that the location of future regular meetings will be hosted by the fellows of the preparatory working group of the five districts of Foshan in turn.

During the second half of the meeting, the participating members carefully studied the first draft of the "Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce Charter" and discussed important issues such as the membership dues standards for the first session of the Foshan Hunan Xinning Chamber of Commerce and the organizational structure of the preparatory working group.
