The assessment consists of two parts: employer (college, department) assessment and school assessment. It mainly assesses applicants' teaching skills, scientific research potential, job-specific skills, work performance, etc. The assessment methods include trial lectures, lectures, defenses, etc. The full assessment score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points.

The assessment by the employer (college, department) is a basic qualification assessment, and the assessment results will not be included in the school assessment results. The candidates will be sorted according to the position score and voted by secret ballot. Those who pass the qualification assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan and the number of qualified people.

Those who pass the qualification assessment will participate in the school assessment. The school assessment results will be used as the final assessment results of the candidates. Voting will be conducted by secret ballot. Those who have reached or exceeded 2/3 of the affirmative votes will be determined as the candidates who have passed the school assessment. Vacancies that occur due to applicants voluntarily giving up, failing school assessments, or other reasons will not be filled.
