On the Partner Qualification of Patent Agency

After serving as a partner or shareholder of another institution for two years, you can quit your partnership or withdraw your shares and become a new institutional partner or shareholder.

This is an exclusion option, mainly to prevent some people from frequent partnership and withdrawal (or closure) and maintain the long-term effective operation of the organization (at least two years)

Only when the conditions of Article 5 are met and the conditions of Article 6 are not met can a shareholder or partner become.
