In order to better select outstanding talents suitable for the post, enrich the team of Yancheng Teachers College and optimize the personnel structure, Yancheng Teachers College (fully funded institution, address: No.2, Hope Avenue South Road, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province) decided to openly recruit staff for the society.

According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Working principles

According to the needs of the development of the school, in the total number of approved posts, according to the specific job responsibilities and qualifications of professional and technical posts, the examination and assessment methods are adopted to select the best candidates and manage them by classification, so as to strengthen the construction of high-level talent teams.

Second, the application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(two) law-abiding, moral integrity, unity and cooperation, dedication, integrity.

(three) to adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, and to be able to engage in front-line work in teaching and scientific research.

(4) Education and degree requirements: graduate education and doctoral degree. People with sub-high and above titles can be relaxed to master's degree (with corresponding education).

(5) Age requirements: the age of doctoral students should not exceed 40 years old (that is, 1980 65438+ 10/after birth), and the age of associate senior professional and technical posts should not exceed 45 years old (that is, 1 9751after birth). Among them, the age of urgently needed discipline personnel with doctoral degrees and associate senior titles can be relaxed by 5 years. (six) have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details). This year's graduates should graduate before March 3, 20021year and obtain corresponding academic degrees. Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

(seven) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained full-time college education in the mainland and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by the mainland shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.
