Is the editor of Peking University Press well paid or the university teacher well paid?

University teachers have stable jobs, stable incomes and short working hours. They just need to teach the corresponding subjects, which is very leisure. There are two holidays every year. Being a teacher is also very fulfilling and I am very happy with my students.

If the publishing house edits, the work will be very boring and there will be no teachers in the treatment. There are long working hours every day, no extra holidays, and often overtime to catch up on manuscripts, so it seems that university teachers are paid much better.
