According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province, combined with the needs of the development of education in our city, we decided to openly recruit 40 teachers for the society through research. I. Application conditions

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

4. Those with bachelor's degree are limited to Xuzhou's household registration or student origin, and those with graduate degree or above are not limited to household registration;

5. Unemployed graduates with bachelor degree or above in full-time ordinary colleges and universities with national education sequence;

6. Applicants with a bachelor's degree must hold a teacher qualification certificate corresponding to the position they are applying for. 3. Registration method:

This recruitment is divided into two applications. The written test and interview take the form of on-site centralized registration. The written test is registered by subject, and each person is limited to one subject post. The interview is registered according to the recruitment position of the school. Pay written examination fee 100 yuan and interview examination fee 100 yuan as required.

(3) Registration materials

Second-generation ID card, household registration book (or household registration certificate), employment registration card, employment recommendation form and employment agreement, graduation certificate, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate within the validity period.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration

2. Submit two recent one-inch bareheaded color photos with the same background (including 1 photo posted on the application form).

3. The original and photocopy of the application materials are required, and those who provide false materials will be disqualified.

4. The written test ratio is 1: 3. If the proportion of written examination is not reached, the recruitment plan will be reduced until it is cancelled.

Fourth, the exam.

(1) Written examination

Written test 1, the content of which is the basic knowledge of public education and the comprehensive knowledge of education and teaching. The written test does not specify a review outline or textbook. The written test is organized by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau.

After the written test marking, the municipal human resources and social security bureau and the municipal education bureau will determine the qualified score line of the written test (those who fail the written test are not allowed to enter the interview).

(2) Interview

The interview is organized and implemented by the recruitment schools of the Municipal Education Bureau, and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is responsible for supervision and guidance. According to the ratio of the written test scores of candidates in the recruitment subject from high score to low score not exceeding 1: 5, the interview candidates are determined and publicized for three days. Candidates who enter the interview can apply for 1-2 school voluntarily. The interview focuses on the candidates' professional knowledge and skills, mainly in the form of classroom teaching and defense, with a full score of 100, including 70 points for classroom teaching and 30 points for defense.

(3) Total score

The total score of the applicants is calculated by the percentage system, of which the written test score accounts for 40% and the interview score accounts for 60%. From high score to low score, the list of people who enter the medical examination and inspection shall be determined according to the ratio of recruitment positions 1: 1 in each school (those with tied scores shall be determined according to interview results).

Verb (abbreviation of verb) physical examination and investigation

Physical examination and inspection were organized and implemented by the Municipal Education Bureau and the recruitment schools respectively. The recruitment physical examination shall be carried out according to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination and the Standard for Teachers' Qualification Physical Examination, and the physical examination personnel shall meet the above two standards and pass the physical examination. Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected. If problems are found and verified, they will be considered unqualified.

Sixth, publicity.

Seven, employment approval

If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval after being recognized by the Municipal Education Bureau. Employment requires graduation certificate, degree certificate, employment registration certificate, employment agreement, employment recommendation form and teacher qualification certificate (except for those who meet the requirements of Article 6 of the registration conditions and obtain a new teacher qualification certificate after competition).

The recruiting unit shall sign the employment contract with the newly hired personnel in time, and go through the formalities of file transfer, household registration transfer, graduate dispatch, admission and so on according to the regulations. The employees will be employed for one year, and those who pass the examination after the probation period will be employed; Those who fail the examination shall terminate the employment contract and cancel the employment qualification.
