1996, Fujian jinjiang Fuyuan food co., ltd was formally established (predecessor of Pan Pan food group). Shenyang branch was established the following year. From 65438 to 0998, Pan Pan seized the opportunity of western development and set up a branch in Chengdu, becoming the sole producer of scientific and technological cooperation of Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences. 1999, Luohe branch was established.
