I. Overview of the Project:

The post-disaster reconstruction project of Gucheng Middle School in Pingwu County, Mianyang City was contracted by Sichuan Seventh Construction Group Co., Ltd. The project is located in the former Gucheng Middle School Campus, with a frame structure, including four floors of teaching building, four floors of student apartment building and one floor of student canteen. All building roofs are ceramic tile roofs, with a total construction area of 137 17.57m2 and a total cost of 40 million yuan.

Second, the supervision organization:

According to the supervision contract and supervision outline, combined with the specific conditions of this project, our company established a project supervision agency composed of chief supervision engineer Lei Yu, civil supervision engineer Liu Bing, He Yingqiang and hydropower supervision engineer Chen Wenchang, and entered the site on August 2, 2008 to supervise this project. The project supervision team strictly implements the supervision procedures, adheres to the purpose of "honesty, law-abiding, fairness and science", and implements supervision with the work style of "earnest, rigorous and meticulous" to complete the supervision task.

Third, the supervision work:

1, pay special attention to prior control and strictly control the construction. ?

In the whole supervision process, we should adhere to pre-control and active control, formulate supervision plans according to contracts and design documents, formulate specific supervision work procedures, and clarify work contents, actors, acceptance criteria and work requirements.

Before the commencement of this project, according to the requirements of supervision specifications, we have reviewed the qualifications of the construction unit, the institutions, personnel and systems of on-site quality management and technical management, and the qualifications and employment certificates of operators of special types of work. According to the application form of construction organization design scheme submitted by the contractor, the construction organization design is reviewed, and the supervision scheme is compiled accordingly, and the measurement, positioning and setting-out of the project, including axis size and horizontal elevation, are reviewed on the spot, which further clarifies the supervision objectives and requirements and creates conditions for the smooth development of supervision work.

2, strictly control the raw materials and semi-finished products come into play.

All raw materials and semi-finished products entering the site must be inspected in writing, that is, certificate of conformity, use certificate, quality certificate, etc. , meet the requirements for appearance inspection. After there is no abnormality, the samples witnessed by the supervisor will be sent to the municipal testing center for re-inspection, and the re-examined materials can be used in the site. Unqualified materials will be rejected for use in the project. The certificate and quality guarantee of building materials in this project are complete, and the main building structural materials such as steel, cement, gravel and yellow sand have been sampled and rechecked after entering the site, all of which meet the qualified requirements.

3, strict process inspection, strengthen process control.

In the process of construction supervision, strengthen the inspection means of construction procedures, and carry out construction only after passing the inspection. Without the acceptance of the previous procedure, the construction of the next procedure shall not be carried out. Our project supervision department pays special attention to the acceptance of concealed works, and on-site supervisors supervise key and key parts, such as cast-in-place reinforced concrete, beams, slabs, ladders and roofs.

In the process of construction, we attach great importance to and strictly control the construction quality of reinforced concrete projects, especially floor projects. In the whole construction process, we focus on controlling the quality of steel bar binding, the pouring thickness of bottom plate, concrete mix ratio, slump and maintenance to ensure the construction quality of concrete. In the wall construction, we have grasped the following key points: first, the wet watering of bricks; The second is the correct mixing of mortar; The third is the quality of masonry, in which the fullness, cohesion, vertical flatness and setting of Rachel bars of mortar are the key points of supervision.

In the process of supervision, * * * issued 9 supervision contact sheets, 33 supervision engineer notices and 3 safety hazard rectification notices. In the process of project implementation, hold weekly site meetings on project quality, cost, progress, safety, contract management and other matters, and hold 12 special site meetings according to the actual situation of the project.

4. Strengthen post-event control to ensure the construction quality meets the contract requirements?

(1) No quality accident occurred in the whole construction process of this project. As a general quality problem, the construction unit carried out internal rectification after self-inspection; On the other hand, after the supervision and inspection, the construction unit will be notified for rectification. ?

(2) Promptly urge the construction unit to collect and sort out all kinds of engineering data, and earnestly do their own supervision data. ?

(3) Require the construction unit to protect the finished products of the completed project.

5, the project schedule control:

The progress of the project is directly related to whether the construction project can be completed and put into use on schedule. My supervision team first reviews the overall progress plan of the construction unit, and after reporting it to the owner for approval, urges the construction unit to construct in strict accordance with the overall progress plan. And according to the total schedule, prepare the monthly schedule. Once any deviation is found, the construction unit is required to make appropriate adjustments to labor, materials, equipment and funds in time to ensure that the project is completed as planned.

6. Investment control:

The project supervision department shall control the payment of the supervision project according to the construction contract, actual construction progress and project quality.

7, safe production and civilized construction:

"Safety first, prevention first", in the process of supervision, the project supervision team always takes safety supervision as the focus of work, which runs through the whole process of supervision work. And participated in the seminar on safety supervision of construction projects organized by Changsha County Construction Bureau. Combined with the actual situation of the project, urge the construction unit to establish the responsibility system for safety in production, do a good job in the education of safety in production and civilized construction, organize the construction unit to carry out safety inspection on a regular basis, and timely issue a document asking the construction unit to make rectification within a time limit for the existing safety hazards. No safety accidents occurred during the construction of this project.

Through the joint efforts of the construction unit, design unit, contractor and supervision unit, under the guidance and supervision of relevant government departments, the project has been basically completed according to the contract. Engineering technical data have been sorted out as required, and the engineering quality meets the requirements of design, specification and use function.
