Is the Admissions Teacher a Future College Counselor?

Admissions teachers are not future college counselors. The job of an enrollment teacher is to participate in the enrollment work of colleges and universities, including giving professional study guidance to students, helping them to establish study habits and urging them to study, which is different from that of a counselor. Counselors are a kind of college teachers, who are mainly responsible for ideological and political education, daily management, employment guidance, psychological counseling and so on. Although the work of enrollment teachers and counselors overlap to some extent, not all enrollment teachers can become counselors. Becoming a counselor usually requires a certain degree of education, professional knowledge and relevant experience, and at the same time, it is necessary to obtain the position through recruitment or allocation.
