(4) Examination methods

Interview: According to the written test scores of applicants for the same position, the candidates for interview are determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1: 3 (if the scores are tied, they will enter the interview together). The interview is conducted in a structured way, which mainly measures the candidates' gfd, language expression, comprehensive analysis and adaptability.

(5) Physical examination and investigation

According to the ranking of the comprehensive scores of applicants for the same position (the written test scores shall prevail if the comprehensive scores are the same), the candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the ratio of the number of job recruits 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). To investigate qualified medical staff, mainly to investigate their political ideology, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, qualifications for proposed posts and whether they violate the family planning policy. Seven. hire
