How to apply for pesticide registration certificate?

Pesticide registration certificate handling process:

1. User applies for registration certificate;

2. Check the information of all parties. After passing the examination, a registration certificate will be issued.

Processing data of pesticide registration certificate:

1, pesticide business license registration form;

2 copies of the business license and ID card of the legal representative (person in charge);

3, business personnel's academic credentials or hours of training certificate;

4. Explanatory materials and photos such as the address, area and floor plan of the business premises and storage premises;

5. Property right certificate or lease certificate of business premises and storage premises;

6, computer management system, traceable electronic information code scanning equipment, safety protection, storage facilities list and photos;

7, the relevant management system directory and text;

8. A statement on the authenticity and legality of the application materials.

Legal basis: Article 16 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households

The registration authority and the relevant administrative organs shall publish the conditions, procedures, time limit, all materials to be submitted and charging standards of individual industrial and commercial households on their government websites and offices so as to facilitate the public to know.

The registration authority and the relevant administrative organs shall provide guidance and inquiry services for the applicant to apply for administrative license and handle registration.

Article 17

After obtaining a business license, individual industrial and commercial households shall go through tax registration according to law.

Where the contents of the tax registration of individual industrial and commercial households change, the tax registration shall be changed or cancelled according to law.
