1. Scope of application

All citizens and foreigners holding resident ID cards can apply for a Chinese library card. Borrow 3 books at a time, with a loan period of 1 month.

2. Certificate application procedures

1. Residents must submit a one-inch ID photo with their resident ID card, a production fee of 5 yuan, and a deposit of 50 yuan.

2. Military personnel must submit a one-inch ID photo with valid military ID, a production fee of 5 yuan, and a deposit of 50 yuan.

3. Foreigners must submit a one-inch ID photo with their passport, a production fee of 5 yuan, and a deposit of 50 yuan.

4. Readers who hold the "Harbin Senior Citizen Preferential Treatment Certificate" (over 70 years old) are exempt from the production fee.

3. Readers who apply for a certificate can borrow books after the staff input their information.

4. If you lose your library card, please report the loss to the card office immediately. After the computer verifies that there is no borrowing record, you can apply for a new card after canceling the original card. The replacement fee is 5 yuan.
