Candidates can modify the registration information before the preliminary examination and automatically replace the previous information next time. During the registration period, candidates who fail the preliminary examination can continue to fill in the original position or report to other positions after modifying and improving the information according to the situation. After the registration deadline, applicants who failed in the preliminary examination can no longer apply for other positions, but they can upload the revised and improved registration information of the original position 2 hours before the audit deadline (that is, before March 5 12:00).
The performance of candidates during the application period will be one of the important contents of open recruitment inspection. 2. Online preliminary examination: Online preliminary examination is based on the information filled in by candidates online. The results of online preliminary examination are not the final basis for determining employment qualifications. If the results of on-site qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of on-site qualification examination shall prevail.
The recruiting unit shall designate a special person to be responsible for the preliminary qualification examination, conduct online preliminary examination according to the registration information submitted by the applicants during the registration period, and do a good job in relevant consultation. Those who meet the application conditions pass the preliminary examination; Do not meet the application conditions, should be rejected in the first instance, and explain the reasons. For those who have passed the online preliminary examination, the recruiting unit shall keep the registration information of candidates for reference in the qualification examination.
(3) Online payment: Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination shall pay the written examination fee online within the specified time, except those who are found to be eligible for exemption from the written examination fee. Failing to pay within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up. According to the standards approved by the price department, the written examination fee is 40 yuan per person and subject. Payment is divided into two ways: WeChat scan code and CCB debit card online banking. The applicant can choose any payment method.
Applicants who enjoy the policy population and immediately help the population, urban and rural subsistence allowances, poor people and disabled people can be exempted from written examination fees. Candidates who meet the requirements for exemption from written examination fees shall send relevant materials to the designated email address before the deadline for registration (before March 4 16:00) and call the designated telephone number for confirmation (see Annex 2 "Instructions for Registration" for specific requirements). The written test results will be replied by email. Those who fail the exam should pay in time, and those who pass the exam should apply for free after the deadline for registration and payment.
Cancellation of the reduction plan: If the number of applicants does not reach the examination proportion after the deadline for registration and payment, the recruitment position will be cancelled according to the prescribed examination proportion, and the cancellation result will be announced on the O2O talent comprehensive service platform of Zibo High-tech Zone after the deadline for payment.
For candidates who cancel the recruitment position, the competent department of the recruiting unit will call the newspaper to cancel and change, so please keep in touch; After receiving the phone call, candidates can change to other qualified recruitment positions within the specified time, and each person is limited to 1 time. I am responsible for not answering the phone in time or changing the newspaper in time within the prescribed time limit. If the newspaper cannot be changed within the prescribed time limit, the fee will be refunded uniformly.
After the deadline for changing the newspaper, the recruitment plan will be correspondingly reduced according to the prescribed examination proportion for the positions whose final number of applicants can not reach the examination proportion. The results of the reduction and exemption will be announced within 3 working days after the payment deadline on the comprehensive service platform of O2O talents in Zibo High-tech Zone.
Four. Examination and qualification examination
This exam is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview. Both the written test and the interview use a percentage system to calculate the results. The relevant requirements for examination and qualification examination are as follows:
(1) Written examination
The written test is conducted by man-machine dialogue.
The written test time is March 26, 2022, and it will be conducted in different periods. Candidates take the corresponding test according to the specific time marked on the admission ticket. The specific time and place shall be subject to the printed written test admission ticket.
The written test is divided into two subjects: A- clinical medicine and E- medical imaging. The written test content is related professional knowledge.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the minimum qualified score line is set for the written test, which is determined by the recruitment department of high-tech zone according to the number of job recruits and the written test.
After the written examination, according to the recruitment plan of the same position (whichever is reduced), the number of people who enter the qualification examination scope is determined according to the ratio of 3 or less 1:3, 4 or more 1:2 (where the recruitment plan is 4-5, it is determined as1/person), and the written examination results are tied. The written test scores of the above-mentioned personnel entering the qualification examination scope shall not be lower than the minimum qualified score line.
(2) Qualification examination
The qualification examination is organized and implemented by the Culture, Education and Health Center of High-tech Zone. After the written examination, candidates who enter the qualification examination scope must submit relevant materials for on-site qualification examination according to the specified time, place and requirements. For the main materials to be submitted for on-site qualification examination, please refer to this notice (Annex 2), and the specific requirements shall be subject to the qualification examination announcement.
Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In the recruitment work, if it is found that the personnel who have passed the examination do not meet the conditions for entering the examination or practise fraud, once verified, their qualifications for examination and employment will be cancelled immediately and dealt with according to the relevant regulations.
Applicants who enter the scope of qualification examination fail to submit relevant materials according to the specified time and requirements, and are deemed to have given up. If the qualification examination fails, the interview qualification will be cancelled.
Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn according to the written test results.
(3) Interview
According to the characteristics of the post, the interview is conducted in a structured way. Interview examiners are generally composed of seven people and employ foreign examiners. The specific requirements are subject to the interview announcement.
In order to ensure the basic quality of new recruits, the interview set a minimum qualified score of 70 points.
(4) Total score calculation and ranking
After the interview, the total test score is calculated according to the ratio of written test score to interview score of 5:5. Written examination, interview and other examination methods all use the percentile system to calculate the score, and the score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
Those whose interview scores are not lower than the minimum qualified score line shall be sorted from high to low according to the total test scores. Just as the total score of candidates in a recruitment position is the same, the ranking order is determined according to the written test scores from high to low; For positions with the same written test scores, try again or determine the ranking order according to the conditions agreed in advance.
Personnel involved in applying for joint recruitment positions classified by two or more units shall choose specific recruitment units in turn according to the ranking order of the total test scores.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) investigation and physical examination
According to the ranking order of the total test scores, the personnel who enter the scope of investigation and physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.5, and the competent department of the recruiting unit will organize the investigation and physical examination, among which the investigation and physical examination of fresh graduates will be carried out after graduation on schedule.
Physical examination shall be carried out according to the ratio of 1: 1. Investigation must be realistic, objective and fair evaluation of the inspected object, and form a written inspection opinion.
Physical examination should be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level, and the medical examination expenses should be borne by the candidates themselves. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards and operation manuals of civil servants, and other provisions of the state shall prevail. During physical examination, pregnant candidates can postpone chest X-ray and other examination items. If re-examination is required according to regulations, it will not be conducted in the original medical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be conducted 1 time. The results are subject to the conclusion of the second interview. Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have abstained.

According to the examination, inspection and physical examination results, the recruiting unit determines the personnel to be hired, and publicizes them on the comprehensive service platform of O2O talents in Zibo High-tech Zone for 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that do not affect the employment, they will be identified as employees, and the high-tech zone cultural, educational and health center will report the record report of open recruiters and the roster of open recruiters to the high-tech zone open recruitment department for the record; If the problems affecting employment are reflected and verified, they will not be employed.
For qualified employees, the High-tech Zone Open Recruitment Administration issued the Notice of Recruiting Personnel for Public Institutions, and public institutions handled relevant procedures accordingly. Institutions and employees should sign employment contracts according to regulations and establish personnel relations.
Newly hired personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract. The probation period is generally 6 months if the newly hired personnel have worked in the same company for 1 year or more (subject to the formal procedures such as labor contract and social security payment certificate); For first-time employment, the probation period is generally 12 months. In principle, new employees who pass the probation period are hired according to the category and level of recruitment positions; Terminate the employment contract unconditionally.
Seven, epidemic prevention and control requirements
In order to do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control of this exam, according to the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control in our province and the actual situation in our city, the relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control are formulated. Eight. Consultation, supervision and others

Candidates who believe that a specific administrative act in the recruitment process affects their legitimate rights and interests may apply for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of announcement of the specific administrative act, or bring an administrative lawsuit within 6 months.
