(2) Party A forces labor by means of violence, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom;

6. When Party B requests to terminate the employment contract, it shall generally notify Party A 30 days before the end of the school year.
Article 7 Liability for Breaching and Dissolving the Employment Contract 1 If Party A dissolves the contract with Party B in violation of the provisions of this contract, it shall pay the liquidated damages to the other party at one time by multiplying 80% of the total average salary of Party B in the six months before the termination of the contract by the number of months when this contract has not been renewed.
2. If Party B leaves his post without authorization in violation of the provisions of this contract, Party A shall claim compensation of not less than 20,000 yuan from Party B according to the actual losses caused by Party B to school work and students' study.
3. This contract can be dissolved through negotiation between Party A and Party B. Article 8 Other matters
1. Any dispute arising from the performance of the Labor Contract between Party A and Party B can be settled through negotiation; Unwilling to negotiate or fail to negotiate, you can apply to the mediation Committee or the competent department of the unit for mediation; After reaching an agreement through mediation, both parties should consciously abide by it. If the mediation is unwilling or fails, the parties may bring a lawsuit to the people's court where Party A is located.

Party A and Party B each hold one copy, one copy for filing, one copy for the Education Bureau and one copy for the Municipal Talent Exchange Center.
3. In case of any conflict between the terms of this contract and the national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail.
