Dali Economic Development Zone held a review meeting on the planning scheme of "Dali Shili" project.

Recently, Chen, vice chairman of the State Party Committee, secretary of the District Party Committee and director of the Management Committee, presided over the review meeting of the planning scheme of the "Dali Shili" project. Leaders from State Ecological Environment Bureau, State Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, State Forestry and Grassland Bureau, State Water Affairs Bureau, State Erhai Lake Administration Bureau and experts in related fields attended the meeting and gave guidance.

The meeting heard the report of the Scheme Planning and Design Group of Yunnan Design Institute on the deepening of the planning scheme of Dali Shili project. Experts attending the meeting discussed and spoke about the scope of ecological red line, drinking water source scheme, mountain landscape greening, traffic organization and project cost, and put forward suggestions for revision.

The expert group believes that the "Dali Shili" project has advanced planning concept and unique location value, and is a key construction project to promote the high-quality development of the Economic Development Zone. In planning and design, we should pay attention to the "three lines" control requirements along the project and strictly follow the requirements of ecological protection in Erhai Lake; Second, optimize airport road traffic planning according to traffic organization and landscape; Thirdly, based on the overall planning of urban greening system, the connection design of surrounding greening schemes is carried out; The fourth is to further optimize the phased implementation plan and implement it reasonably; Fifth, improve the level and content of investment estimation, and analyze and plan the source and financing of funds. Project design units should absorb opinions, avoid risks, pay close attention to docking with forestry, grass, Erhai Lake management, ecological environment and other departments, and improve and determine high-quality design schemes as soon as possible.

Chen thanked the expert group for its guidance and evaluation. He emphasized that the construction of project sections should be divided into key points, sections and phases, and priority should be given to the construction of important landscape nodes such as Yulong Avenue and Hongshan Road. The relevant departments of the district should carefully sort out the opinions and suggestions put forward by the participating expert groups and form a feasibility study report and a project analysis report as soon as possible; Design units should carefully optimize and improve the planning scheme to lay a good foundation for the follow-up work of the project.
