1. College graduates with household registration or students in Xinjiang;

2. Mainland graduates from Xinjiang universities;

3. 9. Farmers and herdsmen who apply for special posts (refers to farmers and herdsmen who have agricultural household registration in Xinjiang and have been engaged in agricultural planting, breeding, processing of agricultural and livestock by-products, agricultural materials management, animal husbandry and other agricultural production for three years or more).
