I. Recruitment Plan

(1) A recruiter shall meet the following conditions:

III. Registration and Qualification Examination
(1) Registration
1. Registration is undertaken by Ximeng Human Resources Development Center, and online registration is adopted. Candidates can directly log on to Ximeng Human Resources Information Network (website: www.xmpta.com.cn) for online registration. 2. Applicants are required to fill in their personal information and the position they are applying for, and upload their recent digital color photos (jpg format, size less than 20KB) with bareheaded white background. Candidates should carefully read the recruitment brochure and carefully screen whether individuals meet the registration conditions; Applicants are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the materials submitted online, and for any untrue, inaccurate or incomplete materials that affect their registration, examination or employment. Each applicant can only apply for one position, please carefully check the qualifications and requirements. The documents used for registration and participation in written examination and interview must be consistent; The registration number of applicants is an important basis for confirming the success of registration, printing the admission ticket and inquiring the results. (2) Prequalification
1. The preliminary examination of the qualification for the examination is conducted online. Review time: February 29th, 20 14 to June 6th, 20 15.
2. The qualification examination is the responsibility of the open recruitment office. The open recruitment office shall put forward audit opinions within 2 working days after the applicant's registration, and shall not refuse to register if it meets the qualification conditions; If the examination is unqualified, the reasons shall be explained. Before the registration deadline, those who fail to fill in their personal data or upload photos completely will be deemed to have given up their registration automatically.
(3) Confirmation of registration results
1. Applicants should log on to the registration website two days after successfully submitting the registration information online (if the information is modified, it will be counted from the date of modification) to inquire about the preliminary qualification examination. Those who pass the preliminary examination (including those who have reduced or exempted fees) should pay through online banking, and the registration is confirmed to be successful after the payment is completed.
2. The registration fee and examination fee shall be implemented according to the civil service recruitment examination standard. The registration and written examination fee is 70 yuan per person. (4) Print the admission ticket

Four. Examination and qualification examination
(1) Written examination
1. The written test ratio is 1:3. If the proportion of written examination is not reached, the corresponding recruitment quota will be reduced. If the urgently needed position cannot be tested due to the proportion, the proportion of the test can be reduced after the research and approval of the recruitment leading group meeting. Recruit 6 special posts for qualified service grass-roots personnel, and adjust them to non-special posts if the proportion of examination is not reached.
2. The written test takes the form of closed-book examination, with a full score of 100, and the written test score accounts for 60% of the total score. In the written test, Mongolian medicine, Mongolian medicine positions provide Mongolian papers, and other positions provide Chinese papers. The answer must be written in one language.
3. See the admission ticket for the specific location and relevant documents to be carried. (There is only one test center for the recruitment examination in Xilinhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
4. Points for written test scores: Mongolian, Daur, Oroqen and Ewenki candidates will get 2.5 points for written test scores.
5. Calculation method of total written test score: total written test score = written test score+policy bonus.
(2) Qualification examination
1. Determination of personnel entering the scope of qualification examination. According to the ratio of written test scores of candidates in each position 1: 2, people who enter the scope of interview qualification review are determined from high to low. All the parallel personnel with the same post and the same score 1: 2 or above entered the interview.
2. Qualification examination. The qualification review is organized and implemented by the open recruitment office, and the time and place of qualification review are published on Ximeng Human Resources Information Network.
3. Materials to be provided for qualification examination and related requirements.
Candidates who enter the scope of interview qualification review participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place, and those who fail to attend the review at the designated place on time are deemed to have automatically given up the interview qualification.
Candidates who take part in the qualification review must provide their ID cards, household registration books, graduation certificates, originals and photocopies of qualification certificates, as well as originals of other documents required for applying for positions, provide three recent one-inch color photos with the same background bareheaded, log in to the China Higher Education Student Information Network, print and submit the electronic registration form of academic credentials or the China Higher Education Certification Report.
The focus of qualification examination is whether the information provided by candidates is true and accurate. Those who do not meet the conditions for entering the examination, fill in ethnic information incorrectly, resulting in extra points, personal information inconsistent with the documents held, concealing important information or providing false certification materials, and the circumstances are serious, will be disqualified from the interview.
After the qualification review, the vacancies will be filled in order of the candidates' written test scores from high to low. The qualification review is only renewed once.

(3) Interview
1. The interview is organized and implemented by the recruitment leading group office.

3. The interview examination fee is 50 yuan per person, and will be charged after passing the qualification review. 20 14 college graduates, poor people in rural and pastoral areas and urban subsistence allowances are exempt from interview examination fees; College graduates who graduated from 20 13 will be charged the interview examination fee by half.
4. Interview score 100, accounting for 40% of the total score.
5. Calculation of total test scores
According to the proportion of candidates' total written test scores accounting for 60% and interview scores accounting for 40%, the total test scores of candidates are synthesized. Candidates' total test score = total written test score (written test score+policy bonus) ×60%+ interview score ×40%.

(1) Physical examination
1. Identify the persons who enter the physical examination. According to the order of the total test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of medical examinees 1: 1, the candidates who enter the medical examination are determined. If the total score of the same post is tied for more than the planned number of recruits, the recruitment leading group office will organize the candidates with tied scores to take an extra test to determine the candidates who will enter the medical examination.
2. Physical examination standard. Fresh graduates, political examination materials issued by the graduation school or the community where they live; Previous graduates, go to the unit or community assessment.
If candidates are found to be fraudulent, disciplinary or unqualified in registration, examination, physical examination and inspection, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. After the examination and approval by the recruitment leading group, the candidates who participated in the interview from this position will be replenished in equal amount according to the order from high to low. Physical examination and examination are only made up once.
(3) Publicity
1. According to the examination, physical examination and assessment results, study and determine the personnel to be hired.
2. Publicize the personnel to be hired in Ximeng Human Resources Information Network for 7 days, and accept social supervision and reporting during the publicity period.
3. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the personnel to be hired, it shall be investigated and verified in time, and the competent department of open recruitment shall put forward the handling opinions.
4. If there is a vacancy after publicity, it will be filled in the same amount from the candidates who participated in the interview in this position according to the order of the total score from high to low, and it will be filled only once. Candidates who have no problem at the end of publicity should submit the personnel files and related materials required for the assessment to the Ximeng Health and Family Planning Commission within 10 days after the end of publicity. Those who fail to submit within the time limit are deemed to have given up automatically, and the recruitment leading group will make up the total scores of interviewers in the same position from high to low, and only once.
Employment and treatment of intransitive verbs
(1) After publicity, the employing unit signs a probation contract with the personnel to be employed, with a probation period of one year. Those who have completed the probation period will go through the formal employment procedures. Those who are incompetent after the probation period and fail to pass the examination will be dismissed.
(2) The salary of the employed personnel shall be implemented according to the salary standard of similar posts in the region, and the employment contract shall be signed, and it shall not be transferred within five years, otherwise it will be regarded as a breach of contract.
