Is there any installation process for color steel tile?

1. Be familiar with the drawings, carefully review the plane layout of color steel plates, node requirements, the relationship between color steel plates and buildings, the color, filler and basic size requirements of color steel plates themselves, the size and layout of doors and windows in color steel plate partitions, the types of auxiliary materials and other unknown contents.

2. The secondary typesetting diagram is an important step in the prefabrication and installation of color steel plates. It is to convert the design drawings into secondary processing in the factory, make the plates with standard specifications into different types of wallboard, and combine them into intermediate conversion diagrams that reflect the design intent. The standard plates are made in the color steel plate factory and assembled in the construction site, which can not only ensure the firmness of the wallboard, but also speed up the installation of color steel plates.

3. When prefabricating in the factory, according to the experience, the gap and installation allowance are fully considered at the door opening, window opening and joint. And in the whole process of transportation, production and installation, prevent scratches, heavy pressure and surface impact, and prevent irreparable pits and scratches. The plastic protective films on both sides of the color steel plate are only allowed to be removed after installation and thorough cleaning.

4. Pay-off work before installation of color steel plate shall be carried out after the completion of the ground (building) and other relevant installation conditions are met, such as large-scale equipment has been transported in place, buried pipelines have been adjusted, and the main installation of technical mezzanine has been basically completed. Pay-off is to draw the horizontal projection (50mm wide) of color steel plate and the position of doors and windows on the ground. The center lines of the upper and lower main pipes should be on the same vertical plane, and the error should be within 65438 0.0%, that is, 3 mm.

5. Install the upper and lower manifolds, and the lower manifolds are generally made of aluminum alloy profiles with internal and external R angles. Fix the nail on the line drawn on the ground, the distance between the nail and the straight line is 1.2- 1.5m, and the corner and terminal should be 0.2m away from the edge. Use rubber strip to stop water, put two rubber strip (Ф 2-3) into the groove before nail shooting, and form waterproof isolation seal after nail fixation.

The upper manger is made of pressed aluminum, which is fixed on the roof with a nail gun when using a hard ceiling, and hung under the floor with a suspender when using a soft ceiling. The height is subject to the clear height of the ceiling.

6. Thin vertical wall panels shall be installed in prefabricated members according to the layout, and adjacent wall panels shall be locked between members with fixing inserts. When assembling wallboard, the cooperation between electric concealed pipeline and box deserves special attention.

The wallboard should be vertical and the vertical joints should be tight. The smaller the gap, the more beautiful it is, and the vertical seam should be even.

When operating, carefully clean the protective film on the vertical seam and uncover it temporarily, but never remove it.

Clean up the sundries and solidified glue blocks in the tank. Otherwise, it is difficult to adjust the vertical seam evenly and densely with no amount of force.

7. Install the ceiling board: the weight support of the top board is T-shaped aluminum suspended in the middle through vertical boards fixed around. The long side seam is fixed and reinforced with fixed inserts, and the short side is fixed with T-shaped aluminum and connecting plate core-pulling rivets.

The ceiling should be hung flat, and the joints should be dense, uniform, smooth, seamless and undamaged. Pay attention to the vertical wallboard during operation.

8. Colored steel plates are used to wrap columns and boxes, and the angle of Yin and Yang R is installed.

The columns in the purification area are wrapped with б=50 color steel plates, which is beneficial to saving materials and unifying the R angle of Yin and Yang to 50.

First, install stainless steel door and window frames at the door and window openings and fix them firmly. Pay attention to the opening direction when installing doors and windows. The opening speed and strength of the door closer should be adjusted. Generally, the first half of the door is fast, the second half is low in torque and slow in speed, so as to reduce the impact and noise of closing the door.

9. Sealing silica gel: In the purification area, all the following gaps that may affect cleanliness should be coated with sealing silica gel:

Flat-fell seam between color steel plates, all gaps between R angle and wallboard and top plate;

Gap between air duct, air outlet, high-efficiency filter and wall ceiling;

Current passes through the gap between the protective tube groove on the top plate of the wallboard and the edge of the hole;

Gaps between all switch socket lamps and colored steel plate top plates;

Gaps between all working procedures, water supply and drainage, protective pipes and holes;

The gap between the glass and the frame;

The sealing silica gel is basically installed on the color board, and the sanitary conditions are good. After thorough cleaning and dust removal, it should be carried out evenly. Otherwise, the silica gel seam is easy to be polluted and blackened. Within 24 hours after the silica gel is laid, there should be no large amount of dust operation and washing the ground with water, which may affect the curing and fastness of sealing silica gel.
