Our current processing capabilities:

1. Two sets are used for bar processing: diameter range: ?2~ ?15mm Maximum hole depth: 500mm

2. One machine is used for deep hole processing of molds: diameter range: 4~40mm, single drilling depth 1800. Maximum hole depth: 3500mm

Workbench 2200×1400mm, maximum load capacity 15 tons.

Machining accuracy: (based on 45# steel)

Aperture accuracy: H7-H9, surface roughness: Ra0.2-1.6

Hole straightness: 0.05-0.1/1000mm, hole inlet and outlet position deviation: 0.3-0.5/1000mm (sheet)

0.1mm-0.3mm/1000mm (bar)
