The largest KUKA robot named KR 1000 Titan is a seven-axis heavy robot with an open motion system, with a payload capacity of 1000 kg and a working distance of 3.2 meters. This kind of "divine power" has amazed many tourists.
Every car will have an RFID "ID card" before it enters the assembly workshop, which will not only be used in the production stage, but also accompany the car until it is scrapped. When the car that needs final assembly drives to the worker's station, the work order that the worker needs to operate is automatically read from the cloud and displayed on the screen in front of the station. All the operations on the production line and all the records of the future maintenance of the car will be recorded on this RFID ID card so that consumers can trace it back at any time.
