Qualifications:

2. Be familiar with the use of simulation software such as CAE.

3. Experience in finite element analysis.

Job responsibilities:

1. undertakes the simulation analysis and optimization of structural reliability design in the process of project development.

2. According to the requirements of the project, complete the finite element modeling and analysis of structural analysis, and complete the analysis report in time to provide a plan for product optimization design.

3. Participate in the structural design of electronic products, analyze the failure problems in the process, establish the mechanical and thermal finite element analysis of the structure, and put forward the experimental verification and solutions.

4. Carry out the basic work of CAE analysis of structural design: new methods of production technology, experimental promotion of new products and materials, establishment of material performance parameter library in structural analysis, and simulation model library of general structural parts.

5. Effectively maintain finite element analysis software tools, upgrade finite element analysis tools, and improve the application technology of simulation technology.

6. Participate in and support the evaluation and testing of relevant contents within the company, and summarize the report in time. According to the results of structural analysis, the relevant reliability test specifications of electronic products such as vibration, drop, transportation and packaging are formulated.
