2. 3. The Municipal Bureau of Household Affairs Office shall review the application matters and related materials reported by the development zone of the accreditation center, and return to the accreditation center after signing the examination and approval opinions on the "Approval Form for Migration of Resident Accounts".

4. If the application materials are approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau, the accreditation center shall notify the applicant of the approval result within 2 working days and issue a certificate of permission to move in.

Certification materials required for handling Hainan hukou:

1, married and moved, holding a legal marriage divorce certificate;

2, sub-purchase, building relocation, holding a room card or housing certificate;

3. Holding a residence permit or employment permit approved by the labor and personnel department, a passport home visit permit or a storage certificate issued by the relevant department, and settling in a different place after returning to China, you must also hold a certificate of cancellation of your household registration issued by the original household registration authority;

4. The registration certificate issued by the demobilization and resettlement office at or above the county level, and the cancellation certificate issued by the original household registration authority shall be provided for resettlement in different places;

5. The college students' enrollment accounts are transferred, and the admission notice is held;

6. College students are assigned to settle down and hold a dispatch certificate;

7, hiring civil servants, recruiting workers to account, with employment certificate and transfer personnel registration form;

8, civil servants, workers transfer, dismissal and other household registration, transfer, dismissal certificate and transfer personnel registration form;

9. The adopted child has settled down and holds the adoption or adoption certificate;

10. If the adoption relationship is dissolved and the household registration is transferred, the certificate of dissolution of adoption relationship or the certificate of dissolution of adoption relationship shall be presented.

To sum up, household registration should follow the principle of consistency between people and households and residence registration. Citizen migration, except the area under the jurisdiction of this account, only carries out address change registration, and does not carry out emigration and immigration registration. Anyone who moves out of the jurisdiction of this account may apply for registration of moving out and moving in.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
